Obituary for Gerald T Strait
Gerald T. Strait died Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at Woodland Manor Nursing Center of Arnold. He was born September 28, 1933 in St. Louis, MO, the son of the late Ted Strait and Penny Strait-Conroy; beloved husband of the late Marlene A. Strait (nee Meier); dear father of Dawne Strait and Tom Grippe; brother of Timmy Strait and the late Jack Strait, and Michael Noonan.
Mr. Strait was a ballroom dance instructor in the St. Louis area for over 50 years and a proud Army Veteran.
A memorial committal service will be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Date and time are pending.
