Obituary for Alma Elaine Kurosz (Brown)
Alma "Elaine" Kurosz, (Brown) age 78, of Valley Park, MO formerly of Imperial , MO., entered into Jesus' rest Saturday, December 31, 2016, at SSM St. Clare Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Stanley Kurosz. Loving mother of Steven Kurosz of Imperial, MO, Ronald (Laurenda) Kurosz of Texas and Vince Kurosz of Imperial, MO and the late Mary Kurosz. Dearest grandmother of Joshua Kurosz and Joseph Kurosz. Dear sister of Thelma Judy, Gladys Miller, Phyllis Popmarkoff, Diane Sexton, and Karen Fisk. Elaine was preceded in death by three brothers: Adrian, David, and Maurice "Marshall"; and one sister, Frances Brown.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 21, 2017 at Unity Baptist Church, 2500 Saint Clair Ave., Granite City, IL 62040. A luncheon will follow at " Jerry's " 19th Street at Edison in Granite City.
