    Obituary for Patricia J. Graybill (Keck)

    Patricia Jeanne Graybill (nee Keck) earned her wings on September 24, 2016. She was born on June 13, 1936 to Glen Keck and Dorothy VanHook. She was the Matriarch of her family and the rock that held them all together. She was a generous and loving Mother, grandmother, sister, cousin and aunt.

    She is proceeded in death by her parents, her step son Lance Graybill and one grandchild. She is survived by her sister Karen (John) Blalock of Mesa, AZ, her 7 children: Edward (Beverly) Menzel of Indiana, Kenneth (Debbie) Menzel of Lonedell, MO, Jerry (Judy) Menzel of Lonedell, MO, Patty (Tony) Thurston of Villa Ridge, MO, Kathy (Jeff) Bolin of St. Peters, MO, Christine (Matt Furr) Mast of St. Louis, MO, Stacy (Steve Schulya) Graybill of Fenton, MO, 17 Grandchildren and numerous Great Grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.

    She worked for 22 years in the Public School System in the lunchroom and fed many many children ever the years whether they had money to eat or not. She was also an avid gardener and loved her flowers. Even at the age of 80, she was still working in her vegetable garden and planting her flowers. She lived at Maryville Gardens Apartments for 15 years and kept the place beautified each and every year with either her flowers or her hand made decorations for every season in the halls and lobby. She was a great friend to many and will be missed terribly.

    As there will be no services please make donations to Maryville Gardens Apartments 4333 Nebraska Ave, St. Louis, MO 63111.
